The Stripfoil Process is an innovative and highly effective method of removing tablets and capsules from blister packs, and is designed to provide solutions for both Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Contract Packers and the dispensing and repackaging sector of the Retail Pharmacy industry.

The patented Stripfoil system is unique in that it employs a special adhesive tape to remove the foil from beneath the pockets containing the medication, which allows the product to fall into the collecting vessel without great force and uncontaminated by particles of foil.

So the result is 100% recovery of undamaged, uncontaminated product at speeds which, depending on the nature of the product, can reach in excess of 85 blisters per minute. And finally, the machine uses no expensive tooling, just simple change parts, which allow changeover from one format to another in less than 5 minutes including cleandown.
