• Stripfoil was chosen by a multi national pharmaceutical producer in Ireland to deblister an expensive angular tablet where the coating contained the active ingredient. The main criteria were zero damage and no foil contamination. These targets have been met with validation complete.

• In June 2008 we provided another client with a fully validated Stripfoil machine for deblistering several formats of a very friable high volume OTC medication. At a throughput of over 85 blisters per minute this provided the client with a business case for the recovery of this low cost product.

• Our first customer has now upgraded his machine and is now regularly deblistering 10 formats of controlled drugs, including 4 different sizes of capsule, with fully satisfactory results.
